Born and raised in the Bay Area, I’ve been passionate about the healing power of touch since my very first massage at age 13. With over a decade of experience (Licensed Massage Therapist #20953, nationally certified), I specialize in deep tissue work and am extensively trained in Swedish, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, and more. My career highlights include being the top therapist at Avant Gard Day Spa, working with Google’s massage team, and collaborating with chiropractic offices. Currently, I’m proud to serve as a guest massage therapist at award-winning Flow and Glow Spa and Rancho La Puerta. Hot Stones
Hot Stones are used to enhance every massage., Hot stone massage helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and reduce tension by using smooth, heated stones placed on key points of the body. The warmth penetrates deeply, easing stiffness, promoting stress relief, and enhancing overall relaxation for both body and mind.
Exfoliating Scrub
Each massage includes a full body scrub with a pair of disposable exfoliating gloves. An exfoliating scrub removes dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and promotes smoother, brighter skin. It also helps improve circulation and allows moisturizers to absorb more effectively, leaving skin soft, refreshed, and revitalized.
